Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Director I, RGM Value Realization to lead enterprise governance of major RGM and commercial investments. This role provides transparency, challenge, and follow-through to ensure investments deliver growth and system value across Incentives, Retail Media Networks, SOVI, GTM, and CTM.

Reporting to the VP of RGM Strategy & Execution, the role emphasizes governance over execution decisions, with a focus on closing loops and corrective actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial investment and trade-spend economics, including incentives, promotions, retail media, SOVI/space investments, GTM/CTM, and customer funding mechanisms.
• Advanced financial and analytical capability, including ROI, incrementality, profitability, margin, investment allocation, customer P&L, and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to integrate multiple commercial-spend sources and translate complex data into clear decisions and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NAOU commercial investment governance framework across Incentives, Retail Media Networks, SOVI, GTM, CTM, promotions, activation, and other material commercial-spend buckets.
• Create a transparent enterprise view of investment across customer/channel/brand/package and expected outcomes.
• Monitor whether major RGM and commercial decisions landed as intended and identify gaps between assumptions and actual value delivery.
• Establish value-realization routines linking spend to volume, revenue, gross profit, margin, and system value.
• Identify over-/under-investment, stranded spend, and opportunities to redirect resources toward higher-return growth.
