Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Product Manager, Revenue Growth Management, to define how AI shows up in the Global RGM product, working with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Architecture, and RGM experts to drive commercially valuable outcomes.

You will write user stories, prioritize backlog, define success metrics, and guide governance and experimentation across markets, ensuring responsible AI and measurable adoption. This is a global, cross‑functional role located in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including AI/ML, data, or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical postgraduate degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, AI/ML product development, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), model context protocol (MCP), and responsible AI practices, with ability to shape product direction and challenge assumptions with Engineering/Data Science.

Responsibilities

• Set the AI product vision across the Global RGM product to drive commercial value for operating units and bottlers.
• Define a coherent 18‑month AI product roadmap with prioritized data, model, and agent capabilities.
• Run continuous discovery with users to identify value opportunities in pricing, promotion, and portfolio decisions.
