Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, analytics, statistics, data science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, consumer/shopper insights, commercial analytics, category management, finance, data analytics, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience working across multiple datasets and translating findings into business implications.
• Solid financial acumen and ability to build business cases and scenarios.
• Working knowledge of segmentation, pricing, packaging, assortment, consumer/shopper behavior, or e-commerce.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability and experience with visualization/analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, or comparable platforms.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, data quality, and analytical documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consumer, shopper, occasion, channel, outlet, customer, geographic, and digital segmentation analyses.
• Size priority segments and growth pools and maintain dashboards and tools.
• Support affordability and premiumization use cases by analyzing entry-price thresholds and package roles.
• Build business cases and scenarios covering volume, revenue, investment, incrementality, and profitability.
• Prepare decision-ready analyses, visuals, and briefing materials for leadership routines.
• Support pilot design and execution with baselines and test-versus-control measures.
• Maintain segmentation definitions, data dictionaries, and playbooks for consistency.
• Track adoption and surface opportunities to leadership.
