Job summary

Lindt USA offers a twelve-week Lindternship at its Stratham, New Hampshire headquarters, with on-site work four to five days per week. You’ll join the RGM Customer Planning team, gaining hands-on data analysis, reporting, and strategic insight experience to support growth planning for top wholesale accounts.

The program pairs you with a mentor, provides career development workshops, and invites you to networking events with team members across Sales, Finance, and Category Management.

Qualifications

• Be a sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree programme.
• Experience with data analysis, business planning, finance, sales, marketing or process improvement is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordination of annual customer planning materials across Lindt's top Wholesale accounts.
• Consolidate customer plan submissions, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and action items into standardised reporting and tracking tools.
• Prepare customer scorecards, analytical summaries, meeting materials, and executive readouts that clearly communicate key business drivers.
• Analyse sales, promotional, and customer planning data to identify cross-customer trends, opportunities, and areas requiring follow-up.
• Partner with RGM Analysts and Sales teams to support promotional planning, scenario analysis, and post-event performance reporting.
• Help improve data quality, consistency, visibility and governance across customer planning deliverables.
• Provide planning and analytical support for customers not directly covered by a full-time RGM Analyst.
