Lindt USA is seeking a Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst, Customer Planning, to join its Hybrid team (Stratham, NH or Mason, OH). The role focuses on implementing RGM strategies for sales forecasting, customer planning, and promotional optimization across key customers.

Collaboration with Sales, Finance, Category, and Marketing is essential. The candidate will own base volume planning, promotional lift analysis, and provide training to Sales on promotional planning, ensuring accurate TPM

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly sales forecasting for Lindt's largest customers with consumption-based plans.
• Partner with Sales to create promotional planning, event scenarios, and KPI tracking.
• Develop and manage customer dashboards for POS and KPI reporting; track promo effectiveness.
• Support TPM planning and CPA accrual accuracy with Finance; analyze deltas to forecast.
• Conduct ad hoc sales analytics to inform planning and investment decisions.
