Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. invites motivated undergraduates and graduates to join a 12-week Lindternship at our Stratham, NH headquarters.

You will work with the Revenue Growth Management and Sales teams to analyze customer plans, prepare scorecards, and develop executive-ready materials that guide annual planning cycles. The program pairs you with a mentor, offers workshops and networking events, and requires onsite work four to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, business planning, finance, sales, marketing, or process improvement is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with data sets, preparing business presentations, or coordinating multi-step projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordination of annual customer planning materials across Lindt's top Wholesale accounts.
• Consolidate customer plan submissions, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and action items into standardized reporting and tracking tools.
• Prepare customer scorecards, analytical summaries, meeting materials, and executive readouts that clearly communicate key business drivers.
• Analyze sales, promotional, and customer planning data to identify cross-customer trends, opportunities, and areas requiring follow-up.
• Partner with RGM Analysts and Sales teams to support promotional planning, scenario analysis, and post-event performance reporting.
• Help improve data quality, consistency, visibility, and governance across customer planning deliverables.
• Provide planning and analytical support for customers not directly covered by a full-time RGM Analyst.
