Job summary

Lindt USA invites undergraduates or graduate students to join its 12-week Lindternship in Stratham, NH, working onsite to support the Revenue Growth Management team. You will organize and analyze customer plans, develop scorecards, and prepare executive-ready materials alongside cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, data-driven storytelling, and strong communication. Internship runs June 1–August 20, 2027, with Mentors, workshops, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, business planning, finance, sales, marketing, or process improvement is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling data sets, creating business presentations, or coordinating multi-step projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual customer planning materials for Lindt's top Wholesale accounts.
• Consolidate submissions into standardized reporting and tracking tools.
• Prepare scorecards and executive readouts that communicate key drivers.
• Analyze sales, promotions, and planning data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with promotional planning, scenario analysis, and post-event reporting.
• Help improve data quality, governance, and visibility across deliverables.
• Provide planning and analytical support for customers not covered by a full-time analyst.
