Job summary

Lindt USA invites undergraduates and graduates to join the twelve-week Lindternship program at its Stratham, NH headquarters. The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Internship provides hands-on experience: analyzing customer plans, preparing scorecards, and supporting cross-functional planning with Sales, Finance, and Category Management.

Qualified candidates are sophomores or higher, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, strong analytical skills, and the ability to tell a clear business story

Qualifications

• Be a sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis, business planning, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of annual customer planning materials across Lindt's top Wholesale accounts.
• Consolidate customer plan submissions into standardized reporting tools.
• Prepare customer scorecards and executive-ready materials.
• Analyze sales and promotional data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with promotional planning and post-event performance reporting.
• Help improve data quality and governance across planning deliverables.
