Lindt USA in Stratham, New Hampshire is offering a Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Intern position for a 12-week summer experience. The intern will join the RGM Customer Planning team and support annual planning, scorecard development, and executive-ready materials, working onsite four to five days per week.

The role provides exposure to commercial strategy, promotional planning, and customer analytics as part of a cross-functional team with Analysts, Sales, Finance, and Category Management.

Qualificações

• Experience with data analysis, business planning, or related projects.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build clear presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to tell a business story.
• Be enrolled in an accredited degree program and able to commit to 12 weeks.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual customer planning materials for top wholesale accounts.
• Consolidate plan submissions, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Prepare scorecards, summaries, and executive readouts.
• Analyze sales and promotional data to identify trends.
• Assist with promotional planning and post-event reporting.
• Help improve data quality and governance across deliverables.
