Job summary

Tropical Cheese Industries LLC is hiring a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to own pricing, promotion and trade spend across channels. You will lead pricing governance, design price-pack architecture, and coordinate with Sales, Finance and Marketing to optimize revenue and margins.

The role requires advanced Excel, RGM experience in CPG or food manufacturing, and collaboration across functions. On-site in Perth Amboy, NJ with competitive compensation and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business/finance/analytics.
• 4–6 years of commercial CPG or food manufacturing experience, with 2+ years in RGM/pricing/trade.
• Experience in Hispanic foods, dairy, deli or perishable categories preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build annual pricing, promotion and trade spend budgets; set revenue and margin targets.
• Establish monthly revenue review with Sales, Finance and Marketing leadership.
• Define and enforce pricing and trade guardrails by retailer and channel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and Operations; train sales on pricing, promotion and trade tools.
• Lead and develop one direct report (RGM Analyst) and coach on analytical and commercial judgment.
• Other duties as required by the business.
