Tropical Cheese Industries LLC is hiring an on-site Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Analyst in Perth Amboy, NJ. You will partner with the RGM Manager to build pricing and promotion scenarios, measure outcomes, and own the analytics tools the commercial team relies on.

You’ll develop elasticity models, forecast impact on volume and margin, and design frameworks to support recommendations. This role emphasizes data-driven, business-focused insights in a fast-paced CPG environment.

Formación

• Requires strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, Power Query, and model-building from scratch.
• Proficient in BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and able to own dashboards end-to-end.
• SQL experience to query large transactional datasets.
• Python or R for elasticity forecasting and scenario analysis is a plus.
• Comfort with syndicated data sources (Circana, NielsenIQ) and retailer portals.

Responsabilidades

• Support the annual operating plan and budget cycle with pricing, promotion and trade inputs.
• Prepare analysis and materials for customer line reviews, joint business planning and internal sales reviews.
• Provide ad hoc analysis for Sales and executive leadership.
• Track trade spend by customer and event against budget and support accruals with Finance.
• Run the RGM tool and own dashboards covering pricing, promotion, trade spend and sales performance.
• Develop elasticity, scenario models and post-event ROI analyses.
