Metagenics in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Director of Revenue Growth Management to own analysis that reveals top growth and margin opportunities. You will partner with leadership to prioritize actions, build an RGM pipeline, and track impact in the P&L.

You will shape pricing, promotions and channel economics, with a focus on Amazon and other key channels, while driving capability and governance across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Revenue Growth Management, including pricing, price-pack architecture and promotion effectiveness.
• At least 5 years leading RGM, pricing or trade investment for a business or region.
• Multi-channel experience across marketplaces, DTC and wholesale.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Americas Leadership Team as advisor on revenue growth management and investment decisions.
• Own the opportunity analysis and the RGM pipeline to size opportunities by channel, customer, brand and SKU.
• Define and lead the RGM strategy across pricing, promotions, terms, mix and net-the-gap planning.
