Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Revenue Growth Management Manager to lead analyses, build recommendations, and drive profitable revenue growth across channels and portfolios.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Strategy to translate RGM principles into actionable recommendations and develop growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include building capabilities, supporting AOP planning, and delivering insights that improve customer value and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of RGM levers.
• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Experience with syndicated data tools.
• Multi-channel experience.
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and independently drive results.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RGM capabilities, frameworks, and processes.
• Support capability-building initiatives across the organization.
• Support Customer & Channel RGM Strategy Development and Promotional Strategy & Performance.
• Drive Strategic Planning & Value Creation and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy teams.
• Ensure adoption of RGM principles into business processes.
• Measure success with channel/customer revenue, mix, and margin metrics.
