As Director, RGM - Capabilities, Analytics & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how we make commercial decisions by building world-class capabilities, advanced analytics, and consumer‑centric insights that unlock growth across our portfolio. This leader will help shape the future of RGM at BBU by developing innovative tools, scalable processes, and actionable insights that enable smarter decisions across pricing, promotion, assortment, trade investment, and portfolio strategy. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Digital, and the broader RGM team to identify high‑impact growth opportunities, quantify value creation, and translate insights into action. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker, builder, and change agent who is passionate about combining data, technology, and consumer understanding to drive business results.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Analytics, Consumer Insights, Strategy, Category Management, or related fields. Demonstrated success leading analytics‑driven business transformation and growth initiatives. Deep expertise in pricing, promotion, assortment, segmentation, consumer/shopper insights, and advanced analytics. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to commercial strategy and financial outcomes. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross‑functional teams. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear business recommendations. Strong leadership, organizational, and project management capabilities. Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
