Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Irving, TX seeks a Revenue Growth Management Manager to lead analyses, develop channel and portfolio strategies, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive profitable revenue.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Strategy, build RGM capabilities, manage pricing, promotions and trade investments, and help the organization adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in RGM or related field.
• Strong understanding of RGM levers, financial acumen and P&L experience.
• Experience with syndicated data tools.
• Multi-channel experience and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RGM capabilities and frameworks.
• Support capability-building initiatives across the organization.
• Develop Customer & Channel RGM Strategy.
• Support Promotional Strategy & Performance.
• Drive Strategic Planning & Value Creation.
• Deliver actionable insights informing commercial decisions.
• Support RGM processes (Pricing, Promotion, Trade Investment, Pack-Price Architecture, Mix Mgmt).
• Build analytics and business cases.
• Support AOP and Commercial Planning.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction.
