Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Irving, TX seeks a strategic Director, RGM - Capabilities, Analytics & Insights to transform how we commercialize our portfolio. You will design scalable analytics, build capabilities, and translate insights into actions across pricing, promotion, assortment, and trade investment.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and category teams to identify growth opportunities, quantify value, and drive net revenue growth while mentoring a high-performing analytics group.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management or related fields.
Expertise in pricing, promotion, assortment, segmentation, consumer/shopper insights and analytics.

Responsibilities

Build and lead scalable RGM capabilities and frameworks.
Lead analytics including price elasticity, demand forecasting, and promo effectiveness.
Own analytics roadmap and partner with Digital/IT to evolve RGM tools.
Develop insights on shopper, consumer, and market dynamics for growth.
Evaluate opportunities, quantify value, and prioritize investments.
Recruit, develop, and coach a high-performing analytics team.
