Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management, to support growth initiatives across channels, customers, and portfolios. You will conduct analyses, develop insights, and translate RGM principles into actionable recommendations that improve profitability.

You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management and Strategy, evaluate market opportunities, build models, and support the implementation of growth initiatives while advancing RGM capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in RGM or analytics.
• Strong understanding of RGM concepts and financial acumen.
• Experience with syndicated data tools and multi-channel environments.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of RGM capabilities, frameworks, and tools.
• Provide insights to inform channel and customer strategies.
• Analyze pricing, promotion, and trade investment data.
• Develop analytics, models, and business cases.

Position Summary:

At Bimbo Bakeries USA, Revenue Growth Management is a critical competitive advantage that enables sustainable, profitable growth. As Senior Analyst, RGM, you will play an important role in supporting Revenue Growth Management initiatives that drive commercial growth for Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role will conduct analyses and develop insights supporting the development and execution of channel, customer, and portfolio strategies, leveraging consumer insights, pricing and promotion analytics, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and support profitable revenue growth. The Senior Analyst will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Strategy teams to translate RGM principles into actionable insights and recommendations. The role will be responsible for evaluating market opportunities, developing analytical assessments, generating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives that enhance both customer value and company profitability. In addition, the Senior Analyst will support the advancement of RGM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization while serving as a key analytical partner to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Support the development and enhancement of RGM capabilities, frameworks, and tools that improve commercial decision-making
• Contribute to capability-building efforts that strengthen RGM knowledge and adoption across the organization
• Support Customer & Channel RGM Strategy Development
• Support Promotional Strategy & Performance Analysis

• Deliver actionable channel and customer insights that inform commercial decision-making
• Support core RGM processes (Pricing, Promotion, Trade Investment, Pack-Price Architecture, Mix Management)

• Success Measures Delivery of insights and recommendations supporting channel, customer, revenue, mix, and margin strategies

Education and Work History:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
