At Bimbo Bakeries USA, Revenue Growth Management is a critical competitive advantage that enables sustainable, profitable growth As Manager, RGM you will play a key role in advancing Revenue Growth Management as a commercial growth enabler for Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role will lead analyses and build recommendations supporting the development and execution of channel, customer, and portfolio strategies, leveraging consumer insights, pricing and promotion analytics, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and drive profitable revenue. The RGM Manager will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, and Strategy teams to translate RGM principles into actionable customer and channel recommendations. The role will be responsible for analyzing market opportunities, developing strategic business cases, generating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of growth initiatives that enhance both customer value and company profitability. In addition, the Manager will help build RGM capabilities, processes, and best practices across the organization while serving as a trusted advisor to cross-functional stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 5–8 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of RGM levers Strong financial acumen and P&L experience Experience with syndicated data tools Multi-channel experience Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and independently drive results. Strong problem-solving and strategic-thinking capabilities. Agility and adaptability in developing solutions within a dynamic and evolving business environment
