Job summary

Vertafore, a global provider of core insurance tech, seeks a driven RFX Specialist to coordinate RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires across Agency, MGA and Carrier portfolios. You will manage timelines, gather inputs from Sales, Product Management, Security, Legal, and Customer Success, and maintain Ombud content for faster responses and higher quality proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal responses for RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and due diligence requests.
• Manage proposal timelines, priorities, deliverables, and submission deadlines across multiple opportunities.
• Gather, review, and finalize proposal content with multiple stakeholder teams.
• Develop clear, accurate, customer-focused responses aligned with Product messaging.
• Ensure submissions meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Serve as primary content administrator for Ombud and maintain the content library.
• Create and update standardized responses and reusable content to improve consistency and speed.
• Coordinate content reviews with SMEs to reflect current product functionality and security standards.
• Utilize automation and AI in Ombud to improve efficiency and content quality.
• Track proposal metrics and content usage to drive continuous improvements.
• Foster collaboration across business functions and report status to Solution Consulting leadership.
