Job summary

Vertafore, headquartered in Denver, CO, seeks a RFX Specialist to drive proposal responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Security and Legal to craft accurate, customer-focused content and maintain Ombud content libraries.

You will manage timelines, improve templates, and utilize AI/automation to enhance proposal quality and speed while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination or sales support.
• Strong business writing and editing experience.
• Experience with Ombud, RFPIO, Loopio or similar tools preferred.
• Experience maintaining knowledge libraries or reusable content preferred.
• SaaS/enterprise software or tech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal responses across RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires.
• Manage proposal timelines, priorities, deliverables, and submission deadlines.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Product Management, Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Customer Success to finalize responses.
• Develop clear, customer-focused responses aligned with Vertafore's products and messaging.
• Serve as primary content administrator for Ombud and maintain the content library.
• Create standardized proposals, templates, and reusable content to improve consistency and speed.
• Coordinate content reviews with SMEs to reflect product functionality and security standards.
• Leverage automation and AI within Ombud to improve quality and efficiency.
• Track proposal metrics and content usage to drive continuous improvements.
• Provide regular status updates to Solution Consulting leadership.
