Job summary

Vertafore is seeking an RFX Specialist to support proposal responses across Agency, MGA, and Carrier portfolios. You will coordinate end-to-end RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused submissions.

This role partners with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth and proposal quality. You will also manage Ombud as the content administrator, organize reusable content, and implement content improvements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end proposal responses for RFPs/RFIs and related requests.
• Manage proposal timelines, priorities and submission deadlines.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to gather and finalize content.
• Develop clear, customer-focused responses aligned with messaging.
• Ensure submissions meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Serve as content administrator for Ombud and maintain content library.
• Create templates and reusable content to reduce response time.
• Coordinate periodic content reviews with SMEs to reflect current product functionality.
