Job summary

Alinabal is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Quotation Coordinator in Milford, CT. You’ll be the first touchpoint for RFQs, assembling documentation, routing requests, and building initial quote packages to set the pace for winning work.

You’ll partner with the Quote Team Manager to coordinate inputs from Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales, and you will enter data into ERP and spreadsheets while maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in administration, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting is a plus.
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interpret RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documents.
• Organize and route quote requests for internal review and prioritization.
• Create initial quote packages and enter data into ERP and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to complete quotations.
• Track statuses and maintain quote records and logs.
• Support revisions, updates, and follow-ups through to submission.
• Communicate timelines and requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and quoting support to the Quote Team Manager.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all documentation before release.
