Raptor Technologies in the United States is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. This 4-month, full-time role focuses on building accurate quotes in Salesforce CPQ and coordinating with Contracts, Legal, and Finance to ensure smooth deal handoffs.
You will drive quote creation, validate configurations, discounts, and billing details, document SOPs, and support Sales with status updates. A strong analytics mindset and excellent communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience with CPQ quoting and revenue generation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write SOPs and streamline workflows.
- Proven collaboration with Contracts, Legal, and Finance.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite/SAP).
Responsabilités
- Quote Creation & Delivery through CPQ.
- Configure Salesforce CPQ quotes with products and terms.
- Apply discount rules and flag nonstandard requests.
- Generate and distribute final quote documents within SLA.
- Coordinate with Contracts, Legal, and Finance.
- Validate billing frequencies and revenue details.
- Document adjustments in Salesforce.
- Draft SOPs and maintain templates.
- Support Sales with quote status updates.
- Escalate issues to Sales Operations leadership.
