Job summary

Alinabal, LLC in Milford, CT is seeking a detail-oriented admin quoting specialist to be the first touchpoint for RFQs, assembling documentation and initiating the quote package. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate quotations.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales, maintain quote records, and support revisions through to submission. Strong Excel and Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in administration, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting is a plus.
• Meticulous and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Screen and interpret RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documents.
• Organize and route quote requests for internal review and prioritization.
• Create initial quote packages and enter data into ERP and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams to complete quotations.
• Track statuses and maintain quote records and logs.
• Support revisions, updates, and follow-ups through to submission.
• Communicate timelines and requirements professionally with internal stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and quoting support to the Quote Team Manager.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all documentation before release.
