Job summary

ReLogic Research, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Pricing Analyst to translate engineering inputs into accurate, competitive cost estimates and quotes for defense contracts in aerospace manufacturing and engineering services.

You will lead RFQ responses, build cost models, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing to ensure compliant proposals under FAR, DCAA, and government cost principles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cost estimating, quoting, or pricing in manufacturing or technical settings.
• Experience building cost models and pricing spreadsheets in Excel.
• Familiarity with DCAA, FAR cost principles, and defense contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to coordinate RFQs.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for CNC machined aerospace components and services in response to RFQs.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
• Build and maintain pricing models, rate structures, and templates.
• Manage RFQ process from receipt to quote submission with timely responses.
• Track pricing trends and RFQ outcomes to improve estimating accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing on material costs and supplier quotes; support government cost proposals.
