Job summary

The role collaborates with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive proposals. The position requires analyzing technical requirements, preparing BOMs, estimating labor and material costs, and identifying sourcing solutions to support winning bids.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or engineering preferred.
• Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience; three to five years in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs from review through submission.
• Analyze technical requirements for bids.
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Estimate labor and material costs.
• Identify sourcing solutions to support bids.
• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quote accuracy and completeness in communications with customers.
