Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) is seeking an experienced RFP Senior Analyst to support new business development, client retention, and consultant inquiries. You will coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs, and information requests, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with firm procedures and branding guidelines.

The role requires independent writing and data skills, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the ability to drive timely deliverables across multiple

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of professional experience, preferably in asset management or with RFPs/DDQs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage concurrent deadlines independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, editorial, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages requests using established procedures with escalation when needed.
• Owns end-to-end management of assigned requests and coordinates timelines and inputs.
• Consolidates firm data while ensuring compliance with legal and branding guidelines.
• Collaborates with owners and reviewers across the organization.
• Manages multiple deadlines across regions and improves templates and docs.
