Job summary

Pathway Capital Management is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to support RFPs, RFI responses, and DDQs for institutional investors and consultants. The role emphasizes coordinating with legal, compliance, operations, and business development teams to deliver accurate, timely responses and maintain content repositories.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of RFP experience in financial services, strong writing skills, and solid project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RFPs, marketing, communications, business development, investor relations, or a related function; financial services experience preferred.
• Demonstrated technical and business writing skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, consultant questionnaires, and other due diligence requests from institutional investors and consultants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop accurate responses.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s repository of approved RFP content and materials.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and automation to improve workflows and content quality.
• Produce presentations, data packages, and marketing materials in response to requests from stakeholders.
