Job summary

MFS is seeking an RFP Senior Analyst in a hybrid work environment to manage, write, and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs, and information requests. You will lead end-to-end processes, coordinate input from diverse stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to regulatory and branding standards.

The role requires 2-5+ years in asset management or RFP environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-5+ years of professional experience in asset management or RFP/DDQ environments
• Strong attention to detail, request management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written, editorial, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Independently manages requests using standardized procedures and guidelines
• Owns end-to-end responsibility of assigned requests
• Coordinate input from owners and reviewers across the organization
• Source and consolidate firm/product data with compliance in mind
• Partner with a senior team member to ensure alignment with branding and regulatory standards
• Prioritize deadlines across multiple requests and regions
• Collaborate to improve processes, templates, and documentation
• Execute governance tasks to ensure compliance with RFP policies
