Income Research Management in Boston seeks an AVP, Senior RFP Analyst to join the Marketing Information Team. You will develop, respond to, and oversee questionnaires supporting our new and existing business.

The role requires 5+ years in investment industry with at least 3 years in RFP writing, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong time management to handle multiple priorities. We offer a hybrid workplace, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, a generous PTO

Qualifications

• 5+ years of investment industry experience with at least 3 years of RFP writing.
• Superior communication skills – verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Vet, coordinate, produce, and submit RFPs and other questionnaires with proper content and formatting.
• Populate and validate investment-related data in databases and ensure timely updates.
• Provide peer reviews for questionnaire work within the Marketing Information Team.
• Leverage Excel-based internal reports for data.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create and update responses.
