Job summary

Choice Hotels International is seeking an RFP Management Coordinator to lead the end-to-end proposal process for an assigned account portfolio, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate bid responses aligned with client requirements.

The role partners with Global Sales, Revenue Management, franchisees, and offshore teams, using Salesforce and Cvent Transient to improve automation, rate loading, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Hotel, hospitality, or related-industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience with Salesforce and Cvent Transient (Lanyon); Sabre or other RFP tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete RFP lifecycle for an assigned account portfolio, including proposal creation, outreach, solicitations, renegotiations, quality control, submission, and handoff for rate loading.
• Coordinate RFP response program and automation activities; monitor automation and rate-loading reports and resolve errors.
• Provide high-quality service to Global Sales partners and franchisees; communicate client requirements and deadlines; act as an RFP process expert.
• Maintain accurate account records and inbound/outbound activity using Salesforce, Cvent Transient (Lanyon), email, and phone.
• Maintain procedural support materials, assist with training, and contribute to process improvements.
