Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Proposal Specialist to manage end-to-end RFP responses and ensure alignment with client requirements. You will analyze options, coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams, and prepare comprehensive written proposals and executive summaries.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in sales analysis, marketing, or business operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare responses for RFIs and RFPs; draft content for proposals and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and respond to bids.
