Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Proposals Analyst to manage the end-to-end RFP/Proposal process, ensuring offerings align with client needs and requirements.

You will coordinate with sales, marketing, finance and product development, craft proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and maintain a library of standard responses and tracking logs. The role includes post-submission follow-up and ensuring formatting and delivery compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales analysis, marketing, business operations, product management or related area.
• Strong financial, accounting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process from analysis to final submission, meeting all deadlines.
• Analyze deal scenarios and contract terms; coordinate with Sales field leadership on proposals and presentations.
• Prepare responses for RFIs and RFPs, including business proposals, executive summaries and financial proposals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and responses for each RFP.
• Maintain monthly RFP tracking log with Won/Loss/Pending metrics.
• Plan and prepare business presentations and data analyses.
• Facilitate proposal reviews, ensure edits, and manage final submissions.
• Conduct post-submission follow-up to address questions and provide additional information.
• Ensure compliance with formatting, content, and delivery specifications.
• Maintain standard responses and a library of templates and documents.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to update proposal requirements.
