Job summary

Empower is seeking a driven professional to join our team in the United States as an RFP/Pre-Sales professional. This role collaborates with Sales to craft comprehensive proposals, coordinates internal input, and manages project milestones to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in RFP/pre-sales and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. The position emphasizes clear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining an internal content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in RFP/pre-sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales partners to produce high quality proposals using RFP content, SMEs, Product Managers, and other colleagues.
• Manage project requirements, coordinate strategy meetings, outsource questions, format documents, and track milestones.
• Multi-task, prioritize and solve problems using defined procedures to meet proposal standards.
• Clearly articulate challenges to build consensus with business partners and deliver consistent marketplace messaging.
• Assist with internal content library maintenance and update tracking systems for real time reporting.
• Support a range of project complexities from simple to average.
• Review proposals to ensure data accuracy.
• Seek guidance and act on feedback to improve results.
