HiBob is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end RFP and proposal responses for our global sales team. You will partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, Finance and Legal to deliver compelling content that communicates HiBob's value.

You will leverage AI tools like Inventive and ChatGPT to build and maintain a robust content repository, align with GTM strategy, and drive winning proposals across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management (SaaS/HR tech preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills for multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive and G-Suite.
• Understanding of HR processes and technology solutions is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end RFP and proposal response processes across multiple projects.
• Identify efficiencies to streamline proposal workflows.
• Develop detailed, professional proposal documents outlining HiBob's products and value.
• Leverage AI tools to build and maintain a robust content repository.
• Collaborate with Global Proposals team and Product Marketing for content assets and launches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather accurate information for proposals.
• Identify gaps and provide insights to improve proposal strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and HiBob's product roadmap.
• Act as a leader, aligning GTM teams and presenting updates.
