HiBob is seeking a Proposal Coordinator on the U.S. West Coast to lead HiBob’s end-to-end RFP and proposal responses.

You will craft compelling, thorough responses that convey HiBob's value proposition and capabilities, while fostering cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing. In this fast-growing HR tech environment, you’ll develop and maintain proposal content, leverage AI tools, and help build efficient content repositories to support scalable sales enablement

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in RFP/proposal management, technical writing, or a related role (preferably SaaS/HR tech).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with AI RFP tools like Inventive, etc., as well as G-Suite.
• Understanding of HR processes, challenges, and technology solutions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the end-to-end RFP and proposal response process, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of multiple simultaneous projects.
• Find and create efficiencies in the business to help streamline the process
• Assist in developing detailed, professional proposal documents that articulate HiBob's products, services, and unique value
• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or others to utilize, build and maintain a robust repository of response content and sales enablement materials
• Work closely with Global Proposals team members and Product Marketing to create content assets and prepare for new product launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance, Security, Legal, etc.) to gather accurate information for both one-off and ongoing use
• Identify gaps and provide insights to enhance our proposal strategy based on customer feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and HiBob's evolving product roadmap
• Act as leader; closely collaborating with GTM leaders and teams in strategic alignment, presenting process/tool updates, and identifying improvements.
