Job summary

NRC Health in Lincoln, NE seeks an accomplished RFP Manager to own the end-to-end response process for clients and prospects, coordinating a diverse team across sales, product, marketing, security and finance.

You will write and assemble enterprise proposals, manage the RFP knowledgebase, ensure accuracy with SMEs, and tailor responses to client guidelines. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of healthcare technology proposal experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience writing technical proposals; Healthcare Industry and experience software solutions is preferred.
• Experience with Responsive.io response management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write and coordinate RFP responses for clients and prospects across NRC Health product suite.
• Oversee RFP Knowledgebase, maintain templates, and collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accuracy.
