Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field; 3 years of proposal management experience or 7 years of proposal writing experience.
• Experience leading complex RFPs for large national employer groups.
• Proficient at quickly reviewing solicitations and extracting pertinent information.
• Experience supporting highly customized proposal responses tailored to the client.
• Strong written/verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to autonomously lead the proposal process from start to finish while managing multiple RFPs.
• PC skills and experience in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, organize, and package responses to RFPs to meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings and involve key stakeholders; manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Support sales and account management with product/process/policy questions.
• Stay current with program, product, and service changes; provide proposal-ready materials.
• Interact with internal teams from technical staff to executives to gather information.
