Job summary

NRC Health in Lincoln, NE seeks an accomplished RFP Manager to own the end-to-end response process for clients and prospects, coordinating a diverse team across sales, product, marketing, security and finance.

You will write and assemble enterprise proposals, manage the RFP knowledgebase, ensure accuracy with SMEs, and tailor responses to client guidelines. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of healthcare technology proposal experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Responsive.io response management software is a plus.

What you will do

As an RFP Manager you will be responsible for writing and coordinating RFP responses for clients and prospects in regard to NRC Health suite of products. You will provide leadership and coordination of the response to specific bids with a diverse group of staff from multiple functional areas including executive and senior management, growth, operations, marketing, security, finance and others throughout the proposal process. You will be responsible for all aspects of the RFP process including assisting sales associates with client facing communications, creating enterprise level proposal documents, and final submission to clients. Proposals will follow client guidelines and may be presented in multiple formats including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, and submitted via email, printed and shipped, or through customer proposal systems.

You will also oversee management of our RFP Knowledgebase and resources, including compiling existing language from our knowledgebase (Responsive), creating new language as needed in coordination with the product and marketing teams, and maintaining standard templates for our proposals. This will include making sure responses are regularly reviewed for accuracy by subject matter experts, setting up internal collaborators to assist in contributing to our responses, and tagging and categorizing responses to assist in responding to future RFPs more efficiently.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $108,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Some of our roles offer performance-based variable compensation. Eligibility and potential payouts vary depending on the role and are tied to performance metrics. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
