Qualifications

• College degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience writing and producing RFP responses in health care or related field; minimum 3 years.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under time constraints.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate requirements into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the RFP process to renew current contracts and develop new business.
• Ensure all milestones and timelines are met and responses adhere to RFP requirements.
• Analyze RFPs for requirements and develop timelines/templates.
• Coordinate writing, editing, and review of material from writers and SMEs.
• Conduct compliance reviews to ensure consistency and voice in responses.
• Write/edit transmittal letters, executive summaries, resumes, and bios for proposals.
• Prepare reference documents and compile all proposal materials for submission.
• Conduct final review and formatting of responses before submission.
• Identify RFPs aligned with HSAG's lines of business and summarize opportunities.
• Represent HSAG professionally at all times.
