Marquette Associates is seeking an RFP Project Coordinator to support business development by creating and delivering RFP responses, questionnaires, and prospect materials. The role oversees timelines, drafts and edits responses, and collaborates with internal experts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
The position reports to the Director of Marketing and requires strong organization, communication, and multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.

The role of the RFP Project Coordinator is to support the firm's business development and marketing efforts through the development and delivery of requests for proposals (RFPs), questionnaires, and related prospect materials. The duties include managing proposal timelines, drafting and editing responses, coordinating with internal subject matter experts, creating supporting materials, maintaining proposal content, and ensuring submissions meet firm and client requirements.
The RFP Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates daily with the Marketing team and colleagues across the firm to develop accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables. The position requires the RFP Project Coordinator to be organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, a collaborative team player, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The RFP Project Coordinator will support the firm’s business development efforts through the following responsibilities:
$65,000 - $85,000 a year
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan, which includes a target bonus of $5,000.
