Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Associate of RFP & Implementation Projects to own two core workstreams: RFP management for prospective clients and new logo implementations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-quality proposals and onboard new clients, reporting to the Director of Client Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management, including RFP management and/or support.
• Proven track record building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health; quick to learn new product domains.
• Bias toward ownership—able to create order from ambiguity and move forward.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Claude or other AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle—from intake to approval and submission, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders for accurate responses.
• Maintain a repository of standard RFP responses and reusable content to support quick proposals.
• Proofread, format, and ensure consistency across all proposal documents.
• Lead end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners, managing timelines and risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocacy, Product, and Data to translate scope into a launched product.
• Develop enough technical fluency to triage eligibility file issues and escalate when needed.
• Build trusted relationships with external partners and surface risks early.
