Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Associate of RFP & Implementation Projects to own two core workstreams: RFP project management for prospective clients and new logo implementations. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver high-quality proposals and onboard new clients.

You will lead end-to-end RFP lifecycles, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain reusable content, and drive implementations with risk management and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management with RFP experience.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health.
• Bias toward ownership and driving execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with Claude or other AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RFP lifecycle from intake to submission.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Sales, Marketing, Legal and others for tailored responses.
• Maintain standard RFP content and reusable case studies in Confluence.
• Proofread and format all proposal documents for consistency.
• Lead end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Product and Data to translate scope into a launched product.
• Triage eligibility file issues and escalate appropriately.
• Build relationships with external partner stakeholders and surface risks early.
