Sonova USA, Inc. seeks a Sales Contract Specialist in Valencia, CA to manage RFPs, RFIs, and contract documentation for institutional and educational customers. You will review contracts, coordinate approvals with Sales and Legal, and guide clients through the RFP process.

The role requires 4-5+ years in contract review or related fields, with strong communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4–5+ years in contract review, RFP support, procurement, or sales operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare or healthcare manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming RFPs, RFIs, and vendor documentation through contract portals.
• Review and validate contract information for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Coordinate internal approvals with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a customer-facing contact to answer questions and guide clients through the RFP process.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions across multiple active requests.
• Partner with the sales leader to identify opportunities and analyze terms for competitive responses.
• Maintain data integrity within CRM and contract management systems while supporting sales objectives.
