The successful candidate will help define how AI drafting fits the existing process and will interact with subject-matter experts to ensure accurate, compliant responses. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with ability to translate investment content.
• Proactive problem solving with structured escalation and clear path forward.
• Product management aptitude with requirements gathering and prioritization.
• Interest and aptitude with AI tools and content-automation platforms.
• Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint; Photoshop or RFP platforms a plus.
• Industry knowledge of asset management terminology is preferred.
• Attention to detail and professional presentation aligned to templates.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and package responses to RFPs, DDQs, and client questionnaires on deadlines.
• Manage RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence docs from inception to completion; coordinate with SMEs.
• Coordinate multiple RFP assignments and internal deadlines across teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposals to prospects and clients.
• Curate RFP/RFI responses in the content database and keep content current.
• Populate and maintain consultant and third-party databases and reporting cycles.
• Help establish AI-assisted drafting and content-automation tools within existing workflows.
• Apply product management discipline to the response process with backlogs and metrics.
• Identify friction points and propose practical improvements.
