Job summary

NAC in Los Angeles seeks a Marketing and Content Specialist to produce proposal content, manage awards submissions, and maintain NAC's content library within the Pursuit Studio. The role translates project data and technical write-ups into polished proposal documents that support pursuit strategy and firm growth objectives.

Working with the Director and senior staff, you will drive content from collection through final submission, maintain OpenAsset records, and contribute to AI-driven content

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite; OpenAsset experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates proposal documents for assigned pursuits, managing content collection, writing and editing narratives, formatting layouts, and meeting submission deadlines.
• Contributes to the full proposal lifecycle from initiation through final submission.
• Supports standardized pursuit templates and structured proposal approach.
• Engineers proposals to align with client needs and NAC's strengths.
