Nashville Public Radio is seeking a Marketing Associate to lead the completion of RFPs, DDQs, and client questionnaires, ensuring timely, accurate, and persuasive responses. You will manage content databases and help implement AI-assisted drafting within the workflow.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Business Development, the role focuses on process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient proposal delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with client-facing clarity.
• Independent problem solving with structured options and next steps.
• Experience defining requirements and improving workflows or tools.
• A willingness to learn proprietary AI tools and content platforms.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Photoshop or RFP platforms a plus.
• Knowledge of asset management industry is beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and package responses to RFPs, RFIs, and questionnaires on tight deadlines.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to write and edit content.
• Manage multiple RFP assignments and internal deadlines.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposals to clients.
• Curate and maintain the firm’s RFP content database and third-party data.
• Assist in establishing AI-assisted drafting and content-automation tools within workflow.
