You will monitor bid opportunities, manage pricing lists and contracts, and ensure timely and accurate responses that support revenue growth. Strong analytical and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 4-7 years of experience in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, commercial operations, project coordination, customer service, procurement, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate information and exercise sound judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate government, municipal, commercial, industry, and procurement bid opportunities.
• Review solicitations and determine scope, requirements, deadlines, and potential risks.
• Coordinate internal teams, assign responsibilities, and manage timelines for proposal submission.
• Develop and maintain pricing lists and customer pricing agreements; review contracts and commercial docs.
• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal process from kickoff to submission and post-submission review.
• Provide commercial coordination for an assigned product/service line, including quotations and order processing.
