Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in RFP/proposal management, sales operations, commercial operations, project coordination, customer service, procurement, or a related field.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with good analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate RFP and bid opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage response timelines.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, and customer communications.
• Review contracts and commercial documents for requirements.
