EMERGING ACQUISITIONS LLC seeks an RFP Analyst / Contract Specialist to lead the review and coordination of RFPs, RFIs, contracts, and related documents. This role partners with Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in RFP/contract management, excellent communication, and strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex procurement language and drive high-quality outcomes.

The BHS RFP Analyst / Contract Specialist leads the review, analysis, coordination, and administration of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), contracts, and related commercial documentation. This role serves as a key resource to the Sales, Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams, ensuring customer requirements are accurately assessed, contractual obligations are clearly understood, and proposal submissions are compliant, complete, and delivered within required timelines.The RFP Analyst / Contract Specialist is focused on detailed analyses of solicitation and contractual requirements, coordinates cross-functional response efforts, supports contract review and administration activities, and assists the legal department with revisions of proposal updates. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and procurement language, prioritize multiple deadlines, and drive quality business outcomes in a challenging environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the review and analysis of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bid documents, contracts, and materials to identify requirements, risks, obligations, and business opportunities.Interpret complex contractual, legal, commercial, and procurement requirements and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.Translate RFP and contract requirements into actionable response plans, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Contracts, Sales, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Proposal Management to develop complete and compliant responses.Manage multiple RFPs, bids, proposals, and contract review activities simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and stakeholder commitments.Identify contractual, operational, financial, and compliance risks and escalate issues requiring leadership or legal review.Maintain accountability for the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of RFP analyses, proposal content, contractual documentation, and response submissions.Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, competitive solicitation requirements, and formal bid processes.Communicate requirements, expectations, deadlines, and key decisions clearly to internal and external stakeholders.Monitor proposal and contract milestones, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and resolution of outstanding issues.Balance urgency and responsiveness with the precision and attention to detail required for contractual and legal review activities.Develop and maintain tools, templates, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance within the RFP and contract management process.Serve as a subject matter expert on RFP requirements, contractual obligations, procurement processes, and proposal compliance.5+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal management, contract administration, procurement, contract management, or a related field.Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze complex legal, contractual, and procurement documents.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Experience working with cross-functional business teams.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
